50% Non-Refundable Deposit
A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your appointment slot. The remaining balance is due on completion.

15-Minute Wait Period
We hold your appointment for 15 minutes. Anything after your scheduled time is considered a no-show and the appointment is cancelled.

Video Requested for All Details
We request a walkaround video of the vehicle for every detail. It documents condition before and after so both sides are protected.

After-Hours Requests
Appointments requested outside standard business hours are billed at double the listed price.
